RMA Request

We care about our customers as much as we care about making quality UPS solutions. If you need something, just let us know – our customer care team can help.

Start with the IntelliPower Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by completing the online form for each unit, particularly the model, serial number and your return ship to address. Click on the Submit button. We will assign a warranty RMA number for tracking purposes to be included in the return shipping box. Please make sure these are packaged properly to avoid any shipping damage. If you do not have the proper packaging, please contact us and we will send you the materials you will need. Once we receive your shipment, we are ready to service your product.

The ship to address is 1746 North Saint Thomas Circle, Orange, CA 92865. A confirmation of the problem and service will commence upon receipt. The turnaround time will be determined as a function of the RMA FIFO (first in, first out), scope of work and your schedule needs.

The customer pays for shipping to IntelliPower. Return shipping will be added for non-warranty service.
