Battery Renewal Program

IntelliPower has deployed a smooth and easy hot swap battery renewal program for its existing customers that aims to take a proactive approach to ensuring your UPS batteries are always fully optimized in mission-critical times. 

The end-of-life for your batteries can depend on many things:

- The chemistry of the batteries
- How the batteries have been maintained
- If the batteries have been properly charged 
- What type of environment the batteries have been exposed to

If your batteries have not been properly maintained, the battery assembly can fail and you will no longer have an operational UPS, (no back-up power or power protection) when it is most needed.

How The Program Works

Once you have completed the online inquiry form, one of our representatives will contact you and request the serial number from your UPS. At that time, they will determine your battery's end of life. IntelliPower will then send a battery kit(s) or hot swap drawer along with instructions on how to safely replace your end of life batteries on site, without having to send your UPS or battery drawer back to IntelliPower. All of this means ongoing UPS reliability and no costly consequences of downtime.
