- Product model number & serial number
- Date of purchase and who unit was purchased from, if known
- Description of problem and operating symptoms
Do you have the original box and packaging material?
If not, new packaging will be sent to you.
In response, IntelliPower will issue an RMA number and provide shipping
instructions.
