THE COMPANY

IntelliPower, a privately held corporation founded in 1988 develops, manufactures and markets high performance Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and Power Conversion Systems. IntelliPower’s Bright UPS On Line products are designed to provide the highest levels of power protection for computers, communications networks, workstations, phone systems, industrial control systems, military support applications, file servers and other electronic equipment from data loss and hardware damage caused by power problems.

THE PRODUCTS & TECHNOLOGY

IntelliPower’s Bright UPS lines are all based upon IntelliPower’s advanced Digital Double Conversion On Line UPS topology and powerful microcontroller based technology. Double-Conversion ON-LINE refers to the Bright UPS function of converting raw incoming AC from the utility or generator to DC and then from DC to clean regenerated AC. The full time Bright UPS Inverter is always providing power to the computer load to create new clean sinewave. Bright UPS's ZERO transfer time with No gap for blackouts & true Line Conditioning are only available from True On-Line UPSs.

Bright UPS totally protects against all 10 Power Problems including noise, sags, surges, brownouts, blackouts, transients, lightning, over voltages, harmonics and frequency variations. In contrast, so-called ”Line Interactive” UPS topologies only partially protect against only 4 to 5 power problems.

The Bright UPS line includes a range of products to provide power protection for all power voltages that are used on a worldwide basis. These include Domestic models for 120VAC and 208VAC, International models for 220, 230 & 240VAC and 100VAC for Japan. In addition, IntelliPower provides Global versions of the Bright UPS that support Universal inputs from 85VAC to 275VAC.

IntelliPower’s Intelligent Bright UPS line delivers unmatched flexibility and configurability to satisfy a wide range of special applications requirements. In addition, IntelliPower is very responsive to customers needs for customized products.

THE TEAM

IntelliPower’s management team is experienced in managing high-technology companies. The CEO and founder, has over 42 years experience with the computer and electronics industries in sales, marketing and general management. All members of the Company’s Marketing/Sales and Engineering staffs have between 15 and 40 years of innovative and advanced product design experience.

MANUFACTURING

IntelliPower’s products are manufactured using state of the art automated assembly and testing with ISO9000 processes. This allows IntelliPower to develop and produce low cost products in the USA with high quality on a consistent basis. This also allows IntelliPower to be uniquely responsive to customers’ requirements for delivery time for all products including customized products.
