IntelliPower, a privately held corporation, was founded in 1988 to develop, manufacture and market low cost, high performance Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). IntelliPower's Bright UPS On Line products are designed to provide the highest levels of power protection for computers, communications networks, workstations, phone systems, industrial control systems, military support applications, equipment rack systems, file servers, Global systems and other electronic equipment from data loss and hardware damage caused by power problems.

THE PRODUCTS & TECHNOLOGY
IntelliPower's Bright UPS line are all based upon IntelliPower's advanced Digital Double Conversion On Line UPS topology and powerful microcontroller based technology. Double-Conversion ON-LINE refers to the Bright UPS function of Converting raw incoming AC from the utility or generator to DC and then from DC to clean regenerated AC. The full time Bright UPS Inverter is always providing power to the computer load to create new clean sinewave. Bright UPS's ZERO transfer time with No gap for blackouts & true Line Conditioning are only available from True On-Line UPSs.

Bright UPS totally protects against all 10 Power Problems including noise, sags, surges, brownouts, blackouts, transients, lightning spikes, over voltages, harmonics and frequency variations. In contrast, so-called "Line Interactive" UPS topologies only partially protect against only 4 to 5 power problems.

The Bright UPS line includes a range of products to provide power protection for all power voltages that are used on a worldwide basis. These include Domestic models for 120VAC and 208VAC, International models for 220, 230 & 240VAC and 100VAC for Japan. In addition, IntelliPower provides Global versions of the Bright UPS that support Universal inputs from 85VAC to 275VAC. The Company also offers fully Isolated Frequency and Voltage conversion products based upon its proprietary digital technology. IntellliPower is continuing to develop innovative and advanced power protection products.

THE MANAGEMENT
ntelliPower's management team is experienced in managing high-technology companies. The Company CEO has over 38 years experience with the computer, electronics and power protection product industries in sales, marketing and general management. All members of the Company's Engineering and Sales/ Marketing staffs have extensive industry experiences in the defining and execution of innovative and advanced On Line Digital Power Protection Products.

IntelliPower's products are manufactured using state of the art automated assembly and testing with ISO9000 certifications. This allows IntelliPower to develop and produce low cost products in the USA with high quality on a consistent basis.
